How It Works

The location for the extension is marked and the ground is checked for any obstacles.

A specialized machine is used to drive the ground screws into the ground at predetermined locations.

The steel frame of the extension is assembled on top of the installed ground screws, with appropriate connections to transfer the load.

Once the frame is erected, walls, roof, windows, doors, and interior finishes are added.
